Selleys Wet Area is a 100% neutral cure, mould resistant silicone sealant, specially designed to create a long-lasting waterproof seal that will not shrink, crack, or peel away.

This is the perfect product for humid and damp environments such as kitchens, bathrooms, and laundries, where mould is normally present.

Instructions for Use

1. Use in a well ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

    

2. Clean surface with mineral turpentine and dry.
   

3. Cut cartridge, fit and cut nozzle at 45° angle and fit into a caulking gun.
   

4. Apply with steady pressure, ensuring sealant is pushed into joint.
   

5. Tool with a spatula dipped in detergent water within 5-10 mins of application.
   

6. Clean up with mineral turpentine before product skins.
   

7. Sealant will cure in 72hrs.

Limitations

• Not paintable. Complete painting 7 days prior to applying sealant.
  
• Not suitable for building materials that bleed oils or solvents, such as impregnated wood.
  
• Not for use on polyethylene, polypropylene or Teflon. Pre-test plastics before use.
  
• Not suitable for aquariums.
  
• Not suitable for food or drinking water contact.
  
• Not suitable for permanent water immersion.
